Long claws dug into the flesh of the dragon hunter. Cries rang through the air as the half dragon let out a triumphant roar, another of many of his enemies slowly dying in a pool of blood. He slowly removed his blood soaked talons, and huffed and the now lifeless body below him.
“He’s dead, Chaos.” A deep voice erupted from the green haired man. He kicked dirt onto the body below, just enough to cover the mans face, before turning to the other half dragon.
“Whew, I could use claws like yours, Shiroi.” Chaos praised with a grin, causing the other man to simply huff.
“If you stopped chewing yours off then maybe you’d have claws like mine.” Shiroi teased, sticking out his long, blue tongue.
“It's not my fault I'm always nervous!” Chaos whined, pouting. Shiroi chuckled lowly, wrapping an arm around the blonde haired boy.
“I'm just teasing, calm down.” The green haired man assured his partner, long claws stroking fluffy blonde locks of hair. A purr erupted from the smaller boy as he leaned into the sudden touch.
“You remind me of a Cheetah, you know, ferocious around enemies, yet so submissive towards those you love.” Shiroi smirked, causing the blonde to huff and look away, in an attempt to prove the other man wrong.

The trees shook violently, flocks of birds racing through the sky, jolting the dragons from their warm embrace. Loud, bang like noises erupted through the air, causing both boys to widen their eyes.
“Gunshots.” They breathed in unison, clouds of smoke flowing out of Chaos’s nostrils. Large, pale blue wings stretched into a flight like position, before Shiroi took off through the trees, Chaos quickly following. The blonde flapped his large wings, black and bold like an eagles, in a desperate attempt to catch up to his beloved.
“Hurry it up, Chaos!” Shiroi snapped in command, his wings beating with a more furious pace.
“You know I can't fly well, Bonkotsu!” Chaos barked in response, still desperately trying to keep to the larger males pace. The gun shots suddenly grew much louder, and a deep, almost manic voice erupted through the silence, pausing the dragons in their tracks. Fear took hold of Chaos, who began to shake.
“Is it who I think it is?”
“Gravekeeper? Yep, it is.” Shiroi slowly landed, keeping as quiet as possible. Chaos eventually followed, though instead of landing normally, he instantly went low to the ground.
“Chaos you idiot, what are you doing?!”
“Keeping out of sight, you know how much trauma Gravekeeper has caused for me!”

“Unfortunately, I do.”
